Levy Konigsberg Attorneys Madeleine Skaller and Zoe Ferguson have filed lawsuits on behalf of eleven survivors who were sexually abused by adult staff members when they were confined as children at Camden County Youth Detention Center

On June 17, 2025, Levy Konigsberg filed a lawsuit for eleven survivors who were sexually abused as kids by staff at Camden County Youth Detention Center in New Jersey. The suit says Camden County turned a blind eye to abuse that was well known and ongoing. Attorney Madeleine Skaller said these kids needed support but were instead harmed by the very adults meant to protect them. The firm is continuing its work for survivors in New Jersey and beyond.
