• YSI renovated buildings in Rantoul, Illinois for a juvenile transition program for about 50 adjudicated youth, expected to open in March 1998 (YSI 10-K 1998).
• CSC listed Chanute Transition Center, Rantoul, IL (1998), 56 beds, a non-secure transition facility contracted with the State (CSC 10-K 2000, 2001).
• CSC closed it in 2001 as part of a restructuring (CSC 10-K 2002).
