• YSI assumed operation of the College Station, TX program, an academy and RTC, from the prior operator in July 1995, based on its relationship with the mortgagee of the real estate (YSI 10-K FY1996).
• The Desert Hills - College Station and Los Hermanos Ranch facilities, both mainly behavioral health programs in Texas, were held for sale as of December 31, 1997 (YSI 10-K FY1997).
• The College Station program closed on September 15, 1998 (CSC 10-K FY1999).
• The operating subsidiary was Desert Hills of Texas, Inc. (YSI 10-K FY1997 subsidiary list).
