CSC listed Hemphill County Juvenile Detention Center, Canadian, Texas (1994), 100 beds, a secure boot camp facility leased under a county contract; the contract was between Esmor Canadian, Inc. and the Hemphill County Juvenile Detention Center board (CSC 10-K 1999).
In 2004 CSC discontinued its operation and management of the Hemphill County Juvenile Facility in Canadian, Texas (CSC 10-K 2005).
