Resident of Youth Facility Killed After Being Hit by Vehicle on Interstate 94

Seventeen-year-old Antonio Martinez, a resident at the Star Commonwealth youth facility, was struck and killed by a vehicle while walking along Interstate 94 in Sheridan Township, Michigan. Police reported that speed and alcohol were not factors in the collision, and an investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
