The licensee was out of compliance with R501-14-5(2)(b)(i)(ii) for not ensuring that one employee is supervised until OBP issues an eligible clearance determination. During the inspection, the licensor reviewed the staff schedule and observed that one employee who requires supervision was scheduled to work without supervision, while another employee who requires supervision was scheduled to be supervised.
