Research notes
- Correctional Services Corporation listed it as a 126-bed secure detention facility it managed under a State of Georgia contract, starting 1999 (CSC 10-K for 1999).
- Youth Services International ran it under a state contract; in a 2012 Bureau of Justice Statistics survey about one in three youth there reported sexual victimization by staff, the highest rate in the nation (JJIE, Oct 2013).
- Georgia DJJ let the contract end on December 31, 2013 and closed the facility, which then held about 50 youth (Patch).
- Added 2026-09-23 from the research network map (seeds/new-facilities.json).
