Woman working at N.Y. youth care facility charged with sexual abuse, kidnapping of teen

A youth care worker at Hillside Children’s Center – Snell Farms in Bath, New York, has been charged with sexual assault, kidnapping, and endangering the welfare of a child. Jolene Spaulding, 45, was found in a parked car with a missing teenage resident. The facility serves boys ages 12 to 21 involved in or exposed to sexually harmful behavior. Spaulding was placed on leave days before her arrest due to concerns of misconduct.
