Operators of Turning Winds, a school for troubled teens formerly in Cocolalla, ID, filed an $8 million tort claim on Oct. 25, 2006 against Bonner County after misdemeanor child endangerment charges against John William Baisden Sr., John William Baisden Jr. and Carl Spencer Baisden over a March 17, 2005 runaway incident were dismissed.source
