Maryland Inspection Reports

These reports come from the Maryland Department of Human Services, Office of Licensing and Monitoring, which posts a summary of each licensing inspection of a residential child care program in its public reports folder.

Each summary is one or two pages: the sites inspected, the type of inspection and each regulation cited with a one-line comment, split into violations that may present safety risks to children and those that do not. They are not full inspection narratives.
