Ohio Inspection Reports

These reports come from the Ohio Department of Children and Youth, which certifies group homes and children’s residential centers and, since July 2025, posts each agency’s compliance review reports in its agency search: each rule found not in compliance, with any additional findings. Earlier reports are not online and need a public records request.
A review belongs to the agency, not to one of its facilities. Where an agency also certifies foster or adoptive homes, those findings appear beside the residential ones, and the report does not say which facility a record came from. Technical assistance the state gives is shown apart and never counted as a finding. Ohio’s behavioral health licence has no public reports.
