Stamped Out
Teen Challenge, a faith‑based residential recovery program, faced the loss of federal food‑stamp benefits for residents at several centers after the USDA determined the facilities were not state‑licensed. The organization and its leaders are seeking clarification and possible legal action to restore the assistance that funds a significant portion of their food budgets.
