1. Sep 8, 2025 Officers were contacted by Dell Children’s Hospital in Austin, TX where a juvenile was being treated. The juvenile disclosed that she was sexually assaulted or possibly raped sometime within the last year by a staff member while she was at Little Creek. Open report
2. Aug 25, 2025 A resident was transported to the hospital for assessment after slipping in the shower and striking her head on the wall. Open report

4. Aug 8, 2025 Officers were dispatched to the facility in response to 4 runaway juveniles. The juveniles were located at a nearby gas station.
