On June 16, 2023, Community Care Licensing (CCL) received two allegations alleging Staff ([Staff 1]) sexually abused a minor ([Child 1]) in care and staff ([Staff 1]) bribed minor ([Child 1]). Specifically, it was reported when [Child 1] resided at the facility, [Staff 1] propositioned [Child 1] for sexual activities in exchange for items including drugs, candy, and things unavailable at the facility. On June 16, 2023, Community Care Licensing (CCL) received two allegations alleging Staff ([Staff 1]) sexually abused a minor ([Child 1]) in care and staff ([Staff 1]) bribed minor ([Child 1]). Specifically, it was reported when [Child 1] resided at the facility, [Staff 1] propositioned [Child 1] for sexual activities in exchange for items including drugs, candy, and things unavailable at the facility. Consistent confidential interviews and record review provided a preponderance of evidence of [Child 1] being sexually abused by [Staff 1] by [Staff 1] bribing [Child 1] to participate in sexual activities. Based on record review and confidential interviews the allegations alleging Staff ([Staff 1]) sexually abused a minor ([Child 1]) in care and staff ([Staff 1]) bribed minor are substantiated.
