Virginia Inspection Reports

These reports come from two Virginia agencies. The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services licenses psychiatric residential treatment facilities, therapeutic group homes and other residential services for children and posts its inspections and investigations, with the provider’s corrective action plan once finalized, in its provider search. The Department of Social Services licenses the other children’s residential facilities and posts each inspection with the violations cited in its facility search.
